Mystery Side Mount Base

I have two sporterized Swedish Mausers and a 6.5 Japanese Arisaka that have been drilled and tapped for a side mount scope base that has three mounting holes 31/32-inch apart. Can anybody give me any leads on the proper base and where I might find it?

I had a gun that I wanted to put a scope on. I looked for months online. Then I had a bright idea. I had purchased the big exploded diagram and parts list book from Numrich arms. I read and looked at the pictures in the book. Then finally one day BAM it hit me and I was looking at the right mount for the gun. I paid around $50 bucks for it. Couldn't find it online or anywhere on their site. BUT in the book is a GOLDMINE.

The Swede mauser my be D&T'd for any one of several side mounts that were popular in Sweden. The mounts were of Swede and other mfg'r.
Usually 3 hole attachment. Varying hole spacing, some had the holes all in a straight line. Some had them staggered for extra strength.
The rail dovetail is a Euro standard not the US standard as used on the G&H and Jaeger sidemount.
The Jaeger would be another possibility along with the G&H.The G&H uses 2 reinforcement solid pins along with the attachment screws in mounting. I can't recall if the Jeager uses the pins or not.
That's not to say the person installing could simply leave the pins out of the install as they take some careful fitting.

Many of the recent Swede Mauser sporters imported into the USA have one of those side mounts on them. Some just the base, some the entire base and rings.
SOme missing the mount and only showing D&T'd holes and now Weaver bases to make up for the side mount.
Simpsons in Ill imports a lot of these and usually has many for sale.

What your Japanese rifle was fitted for, I have no guess.

I have had Savage 340 rifles that use a common Weaver side mount with a cantilever second piece that contains the rings. The scope's line of sight is to the side of the bore axis. Many people are afraid of this system! Usage is simple, the aiming axis is about 3/4 to the left! A scope zero at 200 yards will be 3/4 right at 400, most people won't be shooting beyond those distances! (On my 340 in 22 Hornet, I use a 150 yard zero, and seldom use that rifle beyond that distance.)

As far as I know, Weaver only made 2 base plate models 1) 340 Savage & 2) Universal M-1 Carbine. One of these plates could be a doner plate for you Swede. Dermal or file to fit the outline and drill new mounting holes' Plan on a hard time finding screws if metric! (You may have to enlarge and tap to standard thread)

Here's what I think is a Jaeger side mount base.
From the box of misc 'stuff' under the bench.

Slightly staggered horizontal screw placement which is not un-usual on many side mounts as it affords better clamping/holding power to the rifle recv'r surface against rocking back and forth.

Rounded/radiused reverse side for attachment to a bolt action type recv'r.
The 2 small pins at the front of the rail for abutment & a recoil stop for the slide into place ring mount (which is missing of course!).
