Definitely the same maker, too bad that doesn't get us any closer to an answer.Found these pics on another forum from a Colt, but the style and lines are very similar. There was no mention of maker unfortunately.

Exactly! I was exuberant when I saw the pics but after talking to their owner, I felt the same way. I was no further than when I started.
But, at least there are now two known sets from this maker, and it looks like the styling cues are consistent. Easy to spot for other sets.
