Me neither!
Most of the East Coasters I encounter go into a tirade on pizza and pastrami.
Speaking of that- I saw Emeril do a dish that he swears was a big fav in his old hometown.
I thought he was putting us on!
It was a ChopSuey sandwich.

Marshmallow "creme" bears absolutely no resemblance to anything that can even remotely be called FOOD. It's right up there with spray-can cheese.

Back in the 1950's Fluffernutter sandwich was a Peanut butter and marshmallow cream sandwich. When spread on warm toast made a drippy mess.

I grew up just across the river where Emeril was from we used to go the a local Chinese restaurant and get Chow mein sandwich for .10, I haven't had one in years.

Man, you all must have been deprived as children. Growing up as a kid there was no better treat on a summer day than a peanut butter and fluffernutter samitch. It sure beat the hell outta bologna all the time. Not to mention smore's around the campfire.

Fluff is the real deal! If you haven't had it, it is just marshmallow, only it's the best marshmallow you'll ever have. Kraft attempts to make a similar product, and does not come close to the goodness that is Fluff.

Peanut butter and Fluff sandwiches are awesome. Some Fluff on top of a cup of hot chocolate on a cold winter day; awesome. Fluff on a hot fudge Sunday, yes; awesome. Fudge made from Fluff, well, you get the idea...

With the internet, I'm sure we all have the ability to get some delivered straight to the door step. If you've got a sweet tooth, give it a try.

If your ever in the Salem MA area, Salem Willows, they still sell Chop Suey sandwiches there, but not for .10.;)

Probably in every cupboard in New England you will find a jar of Marshmallow Fluff.:D
