Getting tired of snow & cold, here is something to help out. This is Year 11 for the group. Mark ***MAY 4th from 9 am to 3 pm*** on the calendar. The gun club we meet at is North Olmsted Sportsman club, 5743 Bradley rd, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070.

Directions, take the Stearns-Crocker exit off I-480 and go north. The first red light is Lorain rd, turn left. Go ABOUT a mile to Barton rd, turn right. The first stop sign is Bradley rd, turn right. The club is about 100 yards on the right. Brown building with a big gravel parking lot.

Admission is 5.00 and a plate of food to share, enough fo 10-15 people. Be creative so we eat good food like we always do. I provide all the plates, bowls, napkins, toothpicks and plastic ware. Full kitchen cooking facility is available, oven, grittle, microwave and stove. Bring a friend if he likes S&W’s to share a ride.

Bring your favorite S&W’s to display. Guns, boxes and accessories can be brought to sell but not a WHOLE TABLE FULL. This is not a gun show. There are 20 8 ft tables available, first come first serve. If needed, we can crunch together. *BRING a COMFORTABLE lawn chair for sitting*, the club chairs are hard plastic.

Security, while *talking* watch what is going on, if someone picks something up make sure he doesn’t walk out the door with it. Let me know and I will confront him. Nothing has been stolen in 10 1/2 years. *Concealed carry* is allowed but KEEP the gun *in its holster*. There is a unloading board on the wall if you need to unload it to show someone.

Friday nite meet, will add something on this if it develops. No details yet. Some have been wanting to meet on the Friday night before because Saturday seems to go by so fast. Will add things as I remember as this thread progresses. STAY WARM, Larry

UPDATE ON HOTELS, at exit 6a & 6b off of I-480, there are a bunch of hotels. This is one exit from where we meet, not real far. There are plenty of restaurants here also. You will have to choose your own place, this is a safe area to stay. Will try to get something going on Friday night.

 might as well get this out now......

I won’t be able to make it. I gotta play Army that weekend.
So, I won’t be able to bring the drinks. Would somebody else step up to the plate for ole Larry? I would appreciate it..... I really don’t spend to much.... $50 maybe? 1/2 a dozen 12 packs a case or 2 of water and a few bags of ice. Maybe I can make it to the Friday night dinner.....? I doubt it though...

Congrats on the new curtain climber Kris!

Take lots of pics Denny! Say hello to Martin for me.

A very disgruntled,Bob

Oh Oh, I thought it was tomorrow also!!!! Will check what Denny said right now. Was gonna be there tomorrow morning...... Just checked and it’s tomorrow.

Bob, gonna miss you at the group. Larry

Thought l would throw this out to anyone planning on attending in May.I have a Model 17-3 project in the works and need a K22 standard hammer and trigger with decent case colors.I also need a nice complete rear sight, plain blade would be OK. A lot of people change out the std.hammer and triggers and may have an extra.Send me a PM or email. Also giving this a bump.

Larry, its about a 3 1/2 to 4 hour drive. That's why I like to bring someone along. We are still planning on attending.

By the way, there is a gun show in Fairmont this weekend (March 2-3). If I go, I'll give a report back here.

Best Regards, Les
