Need .223 remington receipe

A friend wants me to reload Nosler ballistic tip 55 grain for .223 remington. Need suggestions as to best powder and grains.

I prefer Hodgdon H322 for 222 and 223 reloading. It meters fairly easy and is bulky enough to help take up space in the case.
A lot of people like H335 and BL-C(2) for 223.

I've used 25 grains of H4895 with a 55 grain Nosler BT since 1996 with excellent accuracy and no complaints from the intended target

After much experimentation, 26 grains of W748. About the only other powder I am even curious to try out in the 223 is IMR4895.

Me too. 25 gr. Varget in bolt actions, 25.2 in semi-auto's.
