Need a little help.

I ordered a set of Hogue rubber grips from S&W for my 3913 TSW. Fortunately, I called S&W before removing the stock panels (grips) on the pistol because there was no hardware included in the package. Luck was with me because I guess there are some springs,etc held in place by the grips and can be lost if your not looking for them when you take off the old ones. The new hardware which was supposed to be included with the Hogue's is being sent to me and I should have them around the first of the week.
My question is do any of you have any experience taking off and replacing the grips on the 3913's? Any advice would be appreciated.
