Need A 'Smith Recommendation...

I recently inherited a Model 19-3 from my Ex-Wife's Father--Ex-Father-in-law? At any rate, the gun has seen quite a bit of use, and fails to "Carry Up" properly on two chambers.

I wonder if anyone can recommend a GOOD Revolver Mechanic in North or Central Georgia--all the S&W Armorers/Revolversmiths I dealt with in the past are either dead and gone, retired and have moved to FLA or are SENILE and in a "Rest Home."
