Need Info About a S&W Knife

I moved some shelving and found this behind them. I forget how I got this knife or when. I could use some info about it.



I seem to remember it being in some sort of display or in a revolver presentation box. I might be wrong.?

It was never carried, used or sharpened.

TIA for any help Identifying it for me.

After a lot of lookin I finally found some info on line about this knife.
Since I have no interest in collecting knives I think I'll just sell it.
