Need some help with pistol grip m&p15

I bought a new Houge's pistol grip for my M&P15 sport, can someone tell me what tool I use to remove the one that's on there now. I can't tell what kind of nut it is. Thanks for any help.

Should be either a 3/16 allen or a standard slotted machine screw.

After you tried it out for awhile I would be curious how you like the Hogue grip. Replaced my Sport grip with the Magpul before I saw that Hogue made one for the AR. Have a Hogue grip on my Hi power and it is so comfortable.

I LOVE the Hogue. I have put one on every ar I have owned. Fits my hand perfectly.
