Just picked up my 15-3, S/N 5K452xx, can anyone tell me when it was built. Where do you get the book that has all the dates in it? Thanks

Hi,

An excellent resourse for dates plus a lot of other data is the "Standard Catalog of Smith&Wesson by Jim Supica and Richard Nahas. I think they run around $40.00. You can get one on Ebay for around $20 -$25 depending on condition.
