New 15-22 charging handle

Check out the side detail where it is designed to stop in the triangular area of the upper.
One MFG. does not have that feature at all, and another one cuts through the rib making it a weak point with some sharp edges.

how are these tolerance wise?... my PT handle is rather sloppy and kinda rattles around a bit

That's why I got rid of mine and went with the NDZ. I have no doubt Jody's will be an equally good fit as the NDZ.

I went with matching the factory charging handle exactly and it does not feel right. Something about the metal clanking around transfers to your fingers much more than with the plastic one.
I have increased the size in some critical areas to tighten it up there, and opened some other areas up to be a little more generous. There is a TON of R&D with some artistic "feel"
They should be getting anodized late next week to be ready for shipping the week of the 25th.
The release date is still April 8th, but you guys are "in the know"
Plus the FDE is being custom blended for a perfect color. And that will take a little bit longer for those.

I think you really would benefit from making a tactical latch or ambi latch. Just a guess, but there might be just as much interest in a latch as a handle. If there was a reasonably priced, quality latch for sale, I know a few people that would pick one up. Last idea-15-22 Raptor charging handle. I don't care how much it would cost, I'd buy one of those.[/QUOT

I've waited a long time before getting a charging handle and I'm now glad I waited! I'll be picking up a black handle soon!
