Very nice build!! What does it weigh with all that added furniture?

actually just less than two more pounds after the scope its a 2-6x42 and has a four inch eye relief. The quad rail is a lightweight which brings the weight down alot.. and the magpul flip ups are lighter than the original sights so its all and all not bad at all..

Its great to shoot.. The charge handle and battery assist make a work of difference

Scott, I see your from SD, as am I. What did you use to remove your stock grip? I just received my ergo grip and when i went to install it, I was stymied by this odd looking screw-type thing I have never seen before. ***?

Scott what kind of stock is that is that the Magpul STR? And have you had any problems with the poly sight on your gas block. I had to take mine off before it melted.

No problems at all its a gen2 magpul was yours a real magpul? Yes it is the STR.

Yep mine was a gen 1 but it was a magpul and they recommend to not put them on the gasblock but if it works thats very cool....yeah I want that stock pretty badly...have to wait for next month, do you know if it uses a commercial tube or a mil-spec tube?

I knew that I was wondering about the STR stock, some of the Magpul stuff uses commercial tubes and if I would go that route would I have to change tubes?

Well the thing with magpul stocks they make the same stocks for both commercial and milspec
