The other concern is that the "sporting purpose" verbage is being used for domestically produced arms when such concepts have traditionally applied to importation standards set during the Clinton era.

This is a major concern as anything that passes will set a precident for future infringement.

This is not about protecting cops.

This is about slowly diminishing the ammo supply for AK and AR type firearms.
