Hello, I just stumbled on this site and had to join. I have been a S & W fan since my grandfather taught me to shoot with a 32 long ctg. revolver that he carried from the early 1900's. I have 4 S &W revolvers and 1 S & W semi-auto. I have carried my model 37 since 1974 and have alternated my 4013, since purchasing It in 1990. Yes, I live In CA and have had a CCW since 1974. I have other semi-autos that I like to shoot, but don't like the weight to carry. If a gun Is uncomfortable to carry on a regular basis then It will not always be carried, In my humble opinion. I try to avoid situations that are trouble, but If I can't then 5 shots of 38 Spl. will be enough, again In my opinion. I have fired and considered a 340 PD as a carry gun. Does anyone have an opinion on this?
