Hey, i traded my Ruger gp100 for S&W 686 4 inch and thought I was doing an upgrade. My fault for not really checking gun at store but I was excited. Got home and was doing snap caps and it was very hard to pull in DA and very hard to cock. It would almost lock up after just a few pulls. S&W said put a few drops of oil in it and it made it worse. Plus the barrel is canted to the left. I couldn’t believe all the problems it had. Anyone else have any of these problems? I don’t know how it got out of the factory. Very disappointed and have to send it back. They said 4-6 weeks. Sad part is I lates away a 69 4 1/2 inch in 44 mag and I’m going to go back and really check it out!

It seems all manufacturers are just throwing stuff together these days. Nobody cares anymore. I don’t see how they make a profit from sending them back and forth all the time.
