Thank you to all who have responded, there have been quite a few additions to my collection, since I first posted here. I am primarily a pistol enthusiast, but my first gun was a S&W copy by Taurus - model 627 a 7 shot .357 magnum. It was what I could afford in the 80’s and what I was comfortable with for self defense.
