Hello all, been a lurker here for a couple of years, I began my small collection of revolvers last year. My first S&W was a 686+ around 1995. Sadly, it's long gone as well as a 642 and 649 are since then.
My collection is basically what I can afford and pieces that I like aesthetically or the balance of, I prefer some patina over high polish and if I own it, it will get shot
I reload and recently got my C&R FFL. Just. Purchased a 17-2 online that happens to be a 1962 mfr., my first c&r revolver.
It will join,
"Pre-model" 36

my next revolver is a 649 .357 mag
And a 686 5" Talo
I also tend to acquire Sig Sauer pistols.
