Hi all, just registured because I just bought my first S&W since 1985, I picked up a Lew Horton 624 the other day and am looking forward to shooting it this weekend, I have very high hopes for this gun based on dry fire and sizing the throats. Will check back in a couple of days when it stops raining up here in Northern Mn. with my thoughts on this purchase.

We're just getting the upper edge of a nasty one south of us, just getting one or two in. south of us anywheres from 4 to 7, don't know where the water is going to go the ground is pretty saturated from the summer.
