Welcome to the forum! There is a sub-forum for folks that fancy the M&P pistols, you'll probably have better luck getting some info there if post your question there.

Most of us here on this part of the forum are mainly owners/fans of the metal framed pistols like your 410.

Welcome, i can only offer my recent experiences. I bought the M&P 9C, like the gun but have had a few issues with it. I've had 2 or 3 failures to lock back (within first few times at range), magazine has recently started coming out when shooting (didnt until after about 750 rounds) a few times i've had a dead trigger (possible i bumped safety not sure). I also have a 4013TSW and a 3914. Not one single issue with either of those. Guess which ones i carry? LOL

I really like my M&P, for a plastic gun, I think its hard to beat. I've had it for about a year and a half, and have 0 problems with it. I don't mind the trigger, that seems to be the biggest complaint about the M&Ps.

welcome! im semi new too!. i love my 40c. its in my IWB holster as we speak. great shooter, light recoil for such a small weapon. in my OP better than the glock 27 by a long shot

The 40 is a great gun, snappier recoil than the 9 or 45, but you can drop in a .357 or 9mm barrel in a .40 and have three guns in one!
You can buy the first responder or LE gun if you are in the fire department. First responder guns include free shipping and come with three mags instead of two. Bud's Police has them for $399. :D

Welcome to the forum! :)

Your 410 is superior to the M&P 40 on trigger and accuracy alone, not to mention looks. ;)

I'd advise you to buy another 410 or try a 4003. The 411 is also a superior pistol that can be found for very little money. If you like the 410 try a 411. I'll wager you will be glad you did. Regards 18DAI
