New here and looking for S&W info

I just finished registering and signing on. I am a US Navy veteran and 100% supporter of the right to bear arms, but not a big gun owner or collector. I recently inheirited a S&W revolver that belonged to my great uncle and would like to find out a little about this weapon.

Would someone please tell me where on this Forum is the best place to post info on this revolver?
