Finally......I got to take my new M&P out to the range.
I took it all apart. Polished everything in there. Frog lubed it.
put on a cool TruGlo red dot. Bought an Extra mag,Attached a cool fore grip. Were ready for todays Rimfire Challenge. She ran like a pro. Not a single hiccup. My times were good to boot.

Thank you Smith & Wesson

Just go easy with the Frog Lube. All you need is a single drop on each bolt carrier rail, on the happer and trigger pins and the bolt stop release.

Nothing else, including the Bolt body and firing pin channel, needs any lube.

hammer pins!!!

I've had issues with frog lube (even small amounts) on the rails. I've had no such issue with FireClean. Almost makes it a nickel boron bolt... :)

Ok Sith, Thanks for the tip on Fireclean.
Although no issues with frog lube yet.

What were your problems with froglube ?

Failure to feed, failure to extract. Seemed like it would go on slick, then dry up and gum up the slide, even if just a little. Wipe it off, runs fine.

First application was as instructed.. Used a blow dryer to heat the bcg. Cleaning was perhaps easier, but not as easy as with fireclean, IMO..

I know others have had good results with their products, so take my experience for what it's worth.
