Hey ladies and gents!
I am new to the forum and actually new to owning a handgun as well. I have had shotguns in the past, but just bought an M&P 40 to satisfy my appetite for putting holes in things at the range. lol I read a ton online and then went out and rented quite a few guns at a couple of ranges before deciding on the M&P. It felt the best in my hands and I was comfortable shooting it (as a fairly new handgun shooter). I hope to get years of enjoyment out of it as well as teach my boys safe handling and firing.
I just found this site and it looks like there is tons of good info. in here so I look forward to absorbing a ton of it while hopefully providing my own thoughts and knowledge.
