Well I finally got my new M&P15 to the range yesterday. This is a 20 shot group at 25yds with the supplied iron sights. Still getting used to those iron sights. Haven't shot those in years! I was pleased 
. Now onto 50, 100, and beyond.
The first 20 rnd mag ran without problem. Did have one glitch in the second mag. After firing, I pulled the trigger again and nothing happened, not even a click. It was like the trigger didn't reset completely. So I pulled the charging handle back, the round ejected, let it go forward and then all was good after that. Typically I pull and hold the trigger back on the shot and then let it go forward after following through on the shot. Not sure what happened...
So after 40 rounds, I'll give it a good cleaning and lubrication and get back to the range for some more fun!
