For the last 5 years I've pretty much been limited in what I'm permitted to carry. Though I enjoy my firearms I pretty well stopped looking because - well, what's the point in looking if I can't carry it. A newer, more open, firearms policy is about to be adopted, though, and so... a trip to the toy store!

After looking at most everything (desperately after my long bout of abstinence!), I found that the little M&P9c fit my hand pretty darn good... So much so that now I'm a proud owner!

Chose the one with no mag safety, no manual safety, and night sights. A trip to the range showed poa/poi with assorted 115gr and 124gr FMJ and JHP loads out to 15 yards. No malfunctions in over 150 rounds.

I'm a very happy camper! Now if I can just find a holster.........

Mine rides in a #3 Kramer which is an IWB....might work for you as well. kramerleather.com

I have used the supertuck since march and absolutely love it. It conceals the 9c under a loose T shirt and is very secure (I did sprints with it to see how secure it was)

I agree with Dsully although I like the Infidel IWB from Comp-Tac best. Fits my 9c and I can remove it easier when I can't carry into certain buildings. If I need to open carry I use a Blackhawk SERPA. I know some don't like them but mine hasn't caused me any problem in 3 years.

Congrats on a great choice of pistols.

Comp Tac for me. It works great, and is very comfortable.

I also have a Galco Triton (kydex with clip) that is great for running to the store, and short trips.

Both are super.

Have the same pistol minus the night sights. Love it. Goes well with its full size brother. Carry in a DeSantis Mini Slide, OWB but holds quite tight to my side and is not printing under a sweat shirt, or even an untucked loose button up shirt. For deep carry or a BUG, a S&W 438on the ankle.
Great choice, though. Not real snappy, and quite accurate.

Aim small, miss small

Hmmm... Now having to come here for my M&P9c fix. After one trip to the range I loaned the gun to a gal at the office who's going to the academy. The versatile grip worked well with her small hands. Figure it at least oughta be a good test and break-in for the little Smith... Guess I need to go peruse a few pic threads and remind myself of the lil thing (parting is such... sorrow!) :-(
