Just saw these on another forum. The 30 rounders are too long IMO, but they make 10 rounders and are supposedly coming out with 20 rounders. The charging handles look interesting too.

Plinker Tactical, LLC :: Magazines

Anyone have any experience with these? I want a 20 rounder if they work well.

Wholly carp! Looks like 130 rounds. A tad bit long for my liking. Looks like the latch tac22 was talking about making. Has the right hand side lever addition.

The 30's do look long.. I'd like to see the 10's too. Will we ever stop buying things for these guns? Grrrrr!!

30's look too long. I really like using the loading button and that is missing.

The charging handle is more interesting to me.

They need to publish a MSRP.

I'm not making a phone call or sending a email to a distributor to get a price.

I always wonder about a company that posts no contact info to their facility on their website.....

is it really worth all that for 5 more rounds? i mean i like the look, and i agree i would like to see the ten rounders. i would buy a 10 rnd short mag if they have one. i dont use the load assist on my 10rnd mag i have now any way....looks like they were at SHOT show this year

I contacted them about three weeks ago and, as of then, neither product was actually in production. I don't remember the projected MSRP on the mags, but the charging handle was $50-$60. All sales would be through dealers, no direct sales.

Anyone can put photos on a fancy web site ...

Maybe they will make a 35 round mag so you can rest it on the ground while you stand and shoot.

Kind of disappointing. Way too long. I was really hoping for an aftermarket 30+ round capacity mag that isn't $80 and a drum configuration. I guess it must be next to impossible for someone to design and market a functional double stack mag with an acceptable length and steel lips. Black Dog drums look cool, but for it's size, I just think it should hold 100 rounds.

I think just mag couplers on the standard 25 rounders is the wtg for high capacity.

It looks cool as hell also. The only downside is that when you're shooting from the right hand one, the left one kind of gets in the way of your arm if you like to hold the rifle near the magwell.

15-22 mags the exact same size & shape of m-16. Would we buy them? Damn right we would, lots of them!

One reason for me to stay a zillon miles away from these bricks under your 15-22...

It makes them look bad...
They start to look like that other ar-15 copy who shall not be named...

i bet more people read it, but why buy a 20 round mag when the 25 round stock mag is probally just as big.

You lose 5 rounds for the sake of "good" looks.

And I'll bet you pay dearly for those "good" looks....
