Papacap,
Are the stocks matched to the gun? I mean do they have the same S/N as the gun? The reason I ask is that I wanted to know if they were diamond or not.
Congratulations on the 10-5 purchase. I have my dad's model 105 that he bought new in 1968 that has had less then 50 rounds through it. They are classic great guns - Enjoy
Welcome to the forum popakap! Nice find with the M 10-5. The 1905s and thier children the tens are perhaps the most elegant revolvers S&W has made. Simplicity and grace, they are hard to beat for a classic!
Hello all. Glad I found this board. New kid on block. I am looking for a S&W 38 revolver and could someone please tell me the difference between a 10-5 and a 10-7? Is there a fact site on different S&W's revolvers made in the 60's- 70's-80's? Thanking in advance frankoo
