Hello everybody. Thank you for letting me be part of fine community. Just purchased new sd9 ve. Looks nice, and feels good in hand. I owned Glocks, and Sig in the past. Can't wait to shoot it. Read a lot of treads about trigger on sd9 ve. I have feeling it is exaggerated how bad it is. Thanks again.

Welcome. Among others, I have an SD9VE. Out of the box, the trigger was a bit stiff and gritty. I gave it a good cleaning, used a dab of toothpaste, with my finger, on the feed ramp. Hint of oil, hint of lithium and 200 rounds down range and the gun leveled out just fine.
Before you start changing parts, give the gun time to break in. You'll be glad you did.
