Probably no one, no one I've ever heard of would match the S&W roll marks. It's cost prohibitive to have roll dies made. And to match your roll mark, someone would have to have made about 100 different dies to cover all the gun models and changes in roll marks S&W has made over the years.
Someone might etch or engrave the roll marks but they wouldn't match the original roll mark.
Much more practical to find the barrel in the length you want if it's not a rare model.
