Got a new to me S&W 1076 today(sn TFF8796).How do you find out if this ser# was an FBI gun or not?

when I called in to inquire about sending my 1076 to them for a good going through, the lady confirmed over the phone that mine was in Quantico in 1992 and was one of the guns updated by armorers there and did not need the recall two dot stamp.
I got that number off the S&W web site for the performance center
