My 23 year old niece asked if I'd teach her to shoot. We had the family down at The Farm, and I wanted to start her out on my model 63. She was very anxious about shooting, and it took about 20 minutes of gentle instruction about the operation of the revolver before she would even think about trying to shoot it. I had to shoot a couple of cylinders full so she could see what to expect, and finally she tried it...she hit center of target with about half of her shots, and after a few cylinders full, she tried my K32.....a couple rounds with that and she shot my model 39...she sure liked that.....shot almost a box full and all shots inside the 7 ring.....by the end of the first hour she was shooting my model 27 with full magnum loads and them my son's AR...so from afraid of a 22 to Annie Oakley in just over an hour.

I should have expected nothing less from the Chief 1911 hoarder.....I was thinking a 3913 Ladysmith.....but I'm open to suggestions....

That young lady looks like she appreciates a fine firearm. I recommend a Dan Wesson Pointman 9!
