I paid $1050 for my MOE... Seems highly unfair

Wow. You must have got a great conversion rate on your dollar/pound. Mine work out a tad shy $1200 for my FDE MOE.

It does sting a bit when you see our cousins over the pond getting them for about £250. :-(

I just went to Google... Got some money off my rifle (was dropping *a lot* of money in the shop...), so £700 in the end but I had seen it elsewhere for £680 but that would've meant travelling down to Essex so would've cost more in the long run.

You're right though, plus it'll be supply and demand, most of these guys have plenty of choice and there's enough of them to drive the prices down whilst we have to take whatever we can get.
