New to me 66 no dash

Picked this up a little while ago
Model 66 no dash.
Serial # is 6K64XXX
Now to find a set of grips and when it was made.

I recently picked up it's twin in the 66-1. Came in the box with all the goodies including the original stocks. The Pac's just fit my hand perfectly and although they wouldn't be the best choice for carry duty, I actually think they look great on it.

Funny was thinking there were no 2 1/2" 66-no dash's...........

I was half right per SCS&W the 66 was introduced in 1970 the 2 1/2 inch wasn't introduced until 1974..............

I wanted to get a 4" in the late 70s but almost all production was going to Police officers.........had to settle for a 19...... don't think I got a 66 until the late 90s........but did/do have a couple of early 686s.
