Mdl. 63 to range today. Took several cylinders to get sights adjusted but ok I guess at 10 yards two hand hold standing. Action needs little more work.
Rimfire revolvers won't have a lighter trigger pull than their centerfire cousins. They require a stouter primer hit, thus a stouter mainspring setting.
I put combat grips on mine. Everyone who tries it just loves the feel of the gun.
The Mod 63 is the number one, all time favorite with shooters in my beginning classes. I have a few Mod 34 but somehow the combination of stainless steel and Pachmayr grips makes the M63 the most popular.
