Actually they are numbered to the gun. A time when numbering went away

Very nice looking revolver. Those grips look terrific. I only have one Model 18. It's an 18 no dash with an 8 3/8" barrel. Wow, what a tack driver that one is.

Pete, that is really sweet! get a set of targets and you wont believe how accurate it is..Love mine! had to ream the cyl. for ejection ease....no more problems. Granddaughter shoots it often...

Ditto, on the reamer for the cylinder chambers. If you need to fully seat the rounds with your fingernail, and or, have to pound the empties out, you need a reamer to bring the chambers up to spec. I had to do this with my 18. It greatly improved the pleasure of using it. This is a common issue. The fix is easy. If you have it also, now you know what to do to fix it. I hope you don't need to fix anything.

This gun feel as good in my hands as anything I own. i could see that collecting these could become a sickness. I like the feel better than my 17. I think I could get by with 18, 28, and 29, and not miss anything before or after
As nice a 22 revolver as there is. Love the model 18. Enjoy.
