Got a LNIB no-lock 442 Pro for $370 (jumped on that price), took it to the range and put 100 rounds through it. It’s very accurate at combat distances. A couple of Q: (1) The tool to remove the factory rubber grip is missing and I don’t have anything that fits the hexhead screw, any suggestions; and (2) Serial #DRJ5??5 - DOB? Thx in advance . . .

Congratulations that is one amazing find! Very nice. :)
As for the correct tool to remove the grips... if you're not in a hurry and want to preserve the integrity of the factory screw I would contact S&W customer service... assuming the 442 Pro is sporting the original factory grips and screw ... in accordance with the prefix only of the serial number you provided.

I suggest buying a couple of sets of Allen wrenches to have around the house, both SAE/inches and metric.

I don't recall S&W including any tool to remove its grips on recent revolvers. A 3/32" Allen wrench or driver should work unless you've got grips I can't imagine. A pic would've helped.

There are various wrench-styles on the market.
Look at HARBORFREIGHT.COM with search word "Allen" to get an idea of what's available.
