Hey guys, I'm a noob here. Just a quick background of me here. I grew up on a farm in central Ky, started hunting around the age of 7. Got my first gun (mossberg 500 .410) for christmas from my grandfather when I was 8. I was a volunteer firefighter at a small fire department from the time i as 15 until i turned 21 and moved away from there. I have been anxiously waiting to turn 21 for some time now so that I could take the CCDW class and get my liscense. Well, I turned 21 but had so much stuff going on I never got the chance. I finally get to take the class this coming weekend. Right now, I own a Remington 870 12ga, Winchester model 70 7mm WSM, my beloved Mossberg 500 .410, a Remington 1100 Wingmaster, and my most recent purchase, a S&W Sigma 40VE. I'm hoping to learn more about pistols, as i've only really shot rifles and shotguns most of my life. I'm actually planning on purchasing a j-frame before long, though i'm not sure how i feel about revolvers. Anyways, glad to be here
