Well, I am now in lovely Northern Virginia for the next 1 year+. Greetings to my new East Coast <shudder> neighbors! I've been here a week and already miss the skies of New Mexico. :( I forgot how ugly this time of year can be over this way.

Probably WORSE than bail jumping!? At least when you are on the lamb you have your freedom until caught. When you are the boss--it's ilfe without parole.
 
DR I hope you get a chance to visit some of the Civil War sites before you are transferred home.
I know what you mean about the sky, here it is often different shades of grey.
Play nice and you'll be home in NM in no time.

I spent much of my time in the Navy at Little Creek. Long enough to almost call it home, lol.
 
Two months ago I, myself, moved from Albuquerque to North Carolina. Not bad so far! I can't wait for the spring though...
 
Welcome from Rochester, New York. I spent last week in Fairfax, Va visiting my nephew. He and I paid a visit to the NRA range in Fairfax with my Shield. Excellent range.

I don't know about northern Va., but I like it here around Richmond.
We NEED more gun friendly people in northern Va.

Welcome neighbor. VA is a very gun friendly state despite some of the anti gun transplants who live around here.
