Weapons Education shoulder rig. Don't think I'll fire it. I was looking for a 44 mag Marlin rifle, either the 16 1/2 inch 44p made in 1999-2001 or a SBL 44 magnum JM or after 2016 manufacture date. After nothing came up, I got this for trade for my Sig. Slick hand gun with removable weighting.

Good looking gun & rig. Did the previous owner have a holster rig made and never shoot the gun?

Yes, he owns a company. When I contacted him, this revolver was on the site for less than an hour. He wanted this Sig I had. When I met him, I couldn't believe it. He was in his late twenty's at most. He is a very avid bow hunter and was going to use this handgun as a backup when hog hunting. My old sig is actually a better gun for that. I could tell that he had money. I make craftsman furniture and had a live edge spalted sycamore table that was a display piece. He loved it, so I gave him the table and the Sig.

Some people don't like the more modern styled S&W revolvers. I do but then I don't discriminate. I like conventionals as well as non fluted cylinders. Don

Good trade, great revolver, and a beautiful table !
My only issue is with your calling a firearm a toy.

Congratulations on a fine addition

It is a rare day when two people can walk away from a trade with each of them feeling they got the better deal

Very observant. being involved, I felt the exact same way
