Ok now i am pretty sure that i already know the answer to this question, but i figured that i would ask it anyways. Is the 16 inch barrel length on the M&P15 OR counting the Flash Suppressor or not? Because i was wanting to put a 15 inch VTAC Alpha rail on when i get the rifle, but i just want to be sure that it will fit. Thanks
