Great Addition! I have a Pre 39 and a 39-2 but I never had a 59. I'd like to, as they carry quite a history in the development of modern US made semi-autos. Congratulations to you.

Very nice!! I have a nickel 39-2 and a 669. Your model 59 would look perfect sitting in my safe between them.

I like those Pachmayr grips, I've had a set on my 39-2 since 1987.

I am definitely interested. That was going to be my first job this weekend, to find a set of original grips. I have the pachmyer grips on my 5904 that I carry, but this one is in perfect condition so I likely won't ever carry it. I'd love to have a set of original grips on it. Thanks!

Being a lefty I wish it had ambi controls like the older generations do, but I love it. Can't wait to get out and shoot. No idea what it's worth, but to me it's priceless. Just feeling my addiction. Lol

They are amazing pistols. I found one in like condition a few years back. I gave it to my son when he made Chief in the USN. It has only 1 problem, it has three 6's in the serial number. Glad we're not superstitious.
