Hey dudes,

My first post! I am new to the whole hand gun thing. 6 months ago, I had no interest in weapons. Now, I own an AK, AR, XDS, Sig 238, and just bought my M&P 9c which I used to get my CCW here in CO. Why the transformation, you explain it to me. I think it has to do with people telling me what I can't do. At least that's what my mom would have said. Anyway, the M&P came with the 10 rd mags (I didn't pay attention thinking I was getting the 12). Now I want the 12 (17 on order). Is S&W telling us anything about mag production? Seems the Glock, AK, AR and other arm producers are doing better regarding mag production.

Welcome to the forum and the gun owners fraternity! I can totally understand that feeling! A few months ago I only had an over under shotgun for bird hunting. Now I am ready for the zombie apocalypse. Or Texas secession!

i'm waiting on several magazines for my 15-22 ...i ordered them 12-20-2012 directly from S&W....times now are uncertain and orders are over the top....be patient ...they will arrive

I have had mags on order with S&W for a few months now. Really no word on when they will deliver.

Oh yeah, trying to find them locally isn't going to happen either.

Good luck finding mags from S&W. I'm not real good at predicting but I can say that eventually production will catch up to demand & the gun rights victory in the Senate should help.

Welcome to the forum. I've had no problem getting magazines for my Ruger, Beretta, Springfield Arms, and Bersa handguns. The story with S&W has been mixed - waiting 7 months for some M&P .22 mags!
