That was about the retail price a few years ago, when still in production. You could probably find one on the web for $100-200 less.

I have seen a couple in the last few weeks on GB listed as NIB for around $650 to $700

S&W does run these for LE orders every now and then, the last overuns I saw were right at $800 dealer price.

I bet you saw it the same place I did, Gander Mountain in WPB. I thought it odd, but they had a lot of weird guns. Among them: a S&W 356TSW and a Witness 10mm Hunter longslide. And these were all NIB. Hell, you never see those guns at a gunshow, much less a big box store.

Yes sir, that is correct. The 356TSW was beautiful looking and about $650, I think. Unfortunately, the caliber is dead dead dead.
