I just applied for my CCW permit & need a good recommendation for night sights for the Shield I have decided to purchase. Can anyone recommend a good set & give the reasons why I should pick that one?? Thanks, Bill

After researching longer than I'm willing to admit, I ordered AmeriGlo Pro-Glos yesterday. Don't have them yet but I'll try to remember to post feedback when I get them.

There are plenty of threads on the forum asking this very question. You will get a number of answers...all good. I went with TRU-GLO TFO...I dig 'em big time.

I have xs big dots on all my little guns as they are not a precision gun anyway. I love those sights. I use trijicon hd, meprolight, or truglo tfo sights on my other guns all with good success.

Ameriglo pro I dots # Sw245. They are fantastic. Big orange front sight picks up great in the day and they glow brightly in low light. I like 2 dot sights. They are very quick for me. I'll put them on every gun from now on.

Another Ameriglo SW-245 fan. I like the orange up front, and 2 dot setup better than the 3.

AmeriGlo's on mine.

I have the xs verity big dot but cant see how you could go wrong with the AmeriGlo'S either!

Heine straight eights. They are two dot just like the ameriglo. From what I understand they were the first to make this style. They are also high quality and made of metal.
