No there is not one right now but I will be getting one later this year but Friday I am picking up my M&P .40C and definitely will shoot it after the stupid ICC (instant crime check) through NICS and TICS. My range bag already has a place for other weapons which a M&P45 will be part of, My God I have already got 3 of six...oh well might all well complete the entire M&P line!

By the way I have just completed my first year anniversary as being a member of these forums! Happy anniversary for me and hope you enjoy your new weapon as much as most all of us here on these forums do!

OK! M&P FTF Issues?

I've been hearing some gripes lately on (of all places Facebook), yea I know..
Anyway, a couple of folks are saying that their M&P .40's & .45s' are having "Fail to Feed" issues..

I just bought a brand new one last week, took it to the range today, put 50 rounds of 230Gr. "Range Ammo" through it with no problems..

Anyone else heard of this?

You can chalk that up to Facebook Commandos and Tactical Forum Ninjas. The M&P is not perfect, no gun design is, but internet hearsay is generally blown WAY out of proportion. All of my M&P's, new style and older style, 9mm and .45acp, full size and compact, have all been 100%.

And welcome to the club! :)

LOL....I was thinking the same.
I bought the M&P .45 when they first came out, still have a couple of magazines I kept when I sold it when deployed in 2003...Too bad the damnned Army won't wise up & ditch that **** M9 for a real weapon.

I wouldn't listen to to that chatter. And if they are having problems with FTF it's more than likely bent mag springs. Call S&W and new springs will be on the way.
