Not available in Minnesota?

I get emails from Harbor freight in my inbox all the time. In the latest they offer in American flag but the ad states that it's not available in Minnesota. Anybody have a clue why? I'm hoping that it has something to do with the fact that the flag is probably not made in America but that's just a guess.

I believe you are correct in assuming the HF Flag is NOT made in USA. Quite honestly, I'd NOT consider flying an American Flag made in China even if it were available for sale. You have to draw the line somewhere!
