Scott....sounds great, and the great thing about the Salt Lick...they allow you to bring your own ice chest in...sit it right there by your table...

Very nice rig and if you and your son ever make it out to NC we have OC and good BBQ, granted it's a might different than your Texan BBQ. :D

Is that the meat soaked in ketchup like stuff? Good, but not BBQ...which is meat smoked with dry rub. But Hoecakes do help with what some folks call BBQ.
 
Very nice looking rig there. Old Dave does some fine work
with the cowhide. I am fortunate to own some of his work
as well. Glad to see you have the "countdown clock" running.
