Not all of them, I had a USA Made Buck I gave my daughter and I am pretty sure there have been others but yes, most are Chinese.

Nope. USA made by Manchester Sterling Silver Co. in Providence, RI. From what I can determine they went out of business in the early 1950s. Definitely not Chinese.
