I hope someone can help me; I would like to borrow a Lee hand loader until my back order comes in. I ordered on but they say 3 to 4 months before I get it. I have a bunch of 9mm I would like to start to de prime while I am sitting in front of my TV. If anybody would help me I live in east of Cleveland OH and will pay shipping and if you want I send you the new one when it arrives.

I would suggest attending the next local gun show, the Lee hand loaders are typically rather abundant and usually priced quite close to what you would find at a source such as Midway. If you hit these shows the very first day you can also sometimes find primers and powder.

Note for future reference, be aware that the digital scales are all distinctly prone to Radio Frequency Interference. You will want LED or incandescent lighting over your workbench because florescent lights will cause problems with wandering zero's and consequent readings. IMO it's a result of the circutry needing to be extremely sensitive in order to read weights at the low end of the Grain scale. If you want a cheap reliable scale you can actually trust, get the Lee Safety Scale, while it looks like a toy it's a traditional beam balance scale that is only effected by Gravity.

Hmmm, I thought the OP was asking about a Lee Hand Loader, not a scale? Talking about the "nutcracker" or "whack-a-mole"?

I have a digital scale, but prefer my RCBS or Lyman/Ohaus for powder measuring.

If you complete your profile, there may be member near by who can help you. If you lived in my area, you would welcome to use cutting edge reloading equipment and learn the process.

I have one

Send me your address and I will send you my Lee Hand Press.
You can return it or send the new one when it comes.
