I know there are a lot of LEO on this website, what violations are occurring here besides public stupidity?

Saw this coming home from church. Turned around to get the pic. They turned off US Hwy onto local street heading towards subdivisions. Didn't follow any further. Couldn't believe what I was seeing.
I moved a house in 2005 but had to remove roof, get permits, lift low telephone lines and traffic lights, LE escort, etc. I little more complicated than this!

They don’t have it marked as a wide load, probably didn’t get a permit and don’t have a pilot and trail vehicle. At least they’re moving it during daylight hours. I’m guessing the fines could top $1000.

If you let some British traffic cops loose in the US applying UK rules regarding safe use, traffic density would be cut by a third inside a week because so many cars, trucks, and trailers would be impounded for a laundry list of infractions that I see every day. Even after 25 years of living here it still baffles me how a vehicle based society seems unable to use their vehicles in a basically safe manner.

Oversize load without permit, pilot car, signage, routing, time of day, etc. If it comes off, you’d have failure to properly secure load. That’s a felony in CA.

Other than exceeding load width limit and public mopery and, of course general stupidity I don't seen any violation. I doubt height is an issue as it probably doesn't exceed 14', and if it struck a low bridge it is unlikely any damage would be done except to the tramp!
