Nuts

Cashews,almonds,peanuts,beer nuts,pistachios, all are great, especially with a martini, IMO.

Hmm, apparently I'm in the minority here as I do not like most nuts. Peanuts and cashews are the exceptions. I've been known to spit out cake, cookies, and other things if found to have those evil things in them. And don't tell me to just eat around them either, once something has been contaminated with those evil things it's been ruined.

I like both nuts and seeds. They're one of the few things left on the planet that you can enjoy eating and are good for you.

BTW...apricot seeds are supposed to cure cancer; but only ground up and eaten raw. I've heard that the FDA won't approve the raw ones; only dried (which kills the good part.) see link below.
